My girlfriend ordered a calendar and some remote control cars from them for Christmas ....the calendar showed up after New Years sometime and we never received any of the other items she ordered. Here's there response... Let me first express my apologies for any inconvience you have suffered. Upon researching this order, we have found the following.
Order #061214-110102-8123 was placed on December 14, 2006 and was partially fulfilled by the Christmas holiday with the exception of the 1:10 scale R/C Skyline GT-R which was delayed until January 10th when they arrived on backorder and were promptly shipped out via USPS to the address provided as follows,

Our records indicate at this time that the order was fulfilled, however in going back through the Paypal transaction logs I also came across a Paypal dispute which was filed on March 9th, 2007 by Ms Brown. The dispute reference number for this being,#11111 . Paypal opted to side with the seller in this case and provided no refund, citing the following, "This dispute was closed because it was opened more than 45 days after the transaction date or did not meet other filing criteria."
I am unsure what exactly may have transpired with this order and you have my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience incurred, however based on what information we have at our disposal and the amount of time which has passed since this order was processed, I cannot approve a full refund at this time. That being said, I would like to reach an equitable resolution so I have 3 options for you.
1.) If we can source one of the 1:10 Skylines from our vendors we will make it available to you for half of our wholesale cost.
2.) We can ship Ms Brown one of the 1:16 scale R/C Skylines of the same design along with a complimentary die cast 1:24 scale R34.
3.) We can issue Ms Brown a partial refund on the order; $30.00
